Hidden Treasure

I was out in the world one day,
When I heard the Lord God say,
“Look around at what you see.
All of these things they come from me”.

From the littlest ant you can hardly see
To the great Blue Whale swimming in the sea
Every grain of sand in the desert wide
To the mighty mountains which soar and rise

I looked around and amazed I saw
Lot’s of things I’d never noticed before
Hidden treasures which were always there
Hidden treasures for me to share

I was out in the world one day,
When I heard the Lord God say,
“Look look at yourself what do you see.
All of these things they come from me”.

A heart so that you can show love,
A voice to sing with the angels above,
Hands and skills so that you can do.
All of the things I have asked you to,

I looked around and amazed I saw,
Lot’s of things I’d never noticed before.
Hidden treasures which were always there,
Hidden treasures for me to share.
